12 - 24 Months
The Teenie Room at Honeybear Day Nursery - Altrincham is the follow-on room from the baby room. It is for children between 12 - 24 months and the activities again follow the Birth to Three Matters guidelines
As with the baby room the teenie room caters for six children who have access to creative activities such as sand, water and paint.
The teenie room is set up for sleeps at lunchtime and the children all sleep on sponge mattresses. Potty training is introduced to the children in this area as and when they feel comfortable with it.
