Booking In Procedure

  • Before any details are entered into the waiting list book we encourage all parents to come and view the nursery. Appointments can be made at 9.30 and 2.00pm during your time at the nursery policies and procedures will be explained, the nursery routine, menus will be available for you to look at, as will our curriculum and activity planning sheets.
  • Once you have viewed the nursery and are happy all your details will be entered into the waiting list book.
  • The matters we take into account when deciding when a child can be offered a place are. 
  1. Availability of spaces 
  2. When the application is received
  3. Our ability to provide facilities for the welfare of the child
  4. The effect on the existing children and staff
  5. As soon as a place is found suitable to your needs an appointment will be made to complete all relevant registration details and a date will be agreed for settling in which takes 5 days.
