Honeybear Nursery Gatley opened in spring 2008 and is situated in the heart of Gatley Village, convenient for local transport links into Manchester and the M60.
Honeybear Nurseries have been providing childcare for over20 years, offering a home from home environment which is safe, warm, friendly and secure. We provide day care for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
We aim to provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment creating a homely environment where rooms are bright and welcoming with specific areas for creative activities, eating, sleeping and quiet times. Each room has toys and equipment which are age/stage appropriate and most toys and resources are at child height so they can access free choice play.
Care is taken to ensure that all furniture, fixtures and fittings are 'child friendly'.
We have a secure outdoor play area so children can continue to learn and develop out in the fresh air
We are regulated and inspected by OFSTED. We receive unannounced inspections to ensure that all of our policies, practices and procedures are in accordance with the Early years foundation stage. The OFSTED inspection encompasses both quality of care and educational curriculum delivery.
We are members of the National Day Nurseries Association, which means we have access to the latest child care updates, training and conferences and we take part in the Quality Counts accreditation scheme.
We work in close partnership with sure start whose function is to support and promote childcare strategies.

Honeybear Nursery Gatley is open 51 weeks of the year. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 730am till 630pm. We are closed on bank holidays.
